Defending the Rights of the Accused

Tom O'Connell is an experienced criminal defense attorney dedicated to protecting the rights of the accused. If the authorities charge you or a loved one with wrongdoing, you have the right to expect that the authorities have acted properly in their investigation and prosecution – and to have an attorney on your side who will challenge them forcefully if they have not.

For more than a decade, Tom O'Connell has defended both individuals and corporations in both state and federal courts, winning exoneration, where possible, and negotiating the best settlement for his clients, where necessary.

Tom O'Connell has represented numerous clients throughout the Tri-County area (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach), which include Statewide White Collar Crime cases, numerous Drug Trafficking cases, First Degree Murder cases, Domestic Violence cases, and all other types of civil and criminal cases which require the expertise of an experienced trial attorney.
